Headed out to Winterton North Dunes this morning. It was pretty hard going, but there were a few birds around. The pick of the crop was 4 Lapland Buntings together with a mixed Meadow Pipit and Linnet flock (plus a couple of Lesser Redpolls) plus another fly-over later on in the morning. A single Willow Warbler and Chiffchaff were scant repayment for my bush-bashing. There were a couple of Northern Wheatears in the dunes and I manage to get some nice photos of a Goldcrest flitting around with a flock of Long-tailed Tits.
